To send your watch in, please follow these instructions:

• Place your watch in a shipping box with plenty of bubble wrap. Please do NOT include the original box it came in. Use a sturdy box, no envelopes or bubble/padded mailers. Put other packing material around the bubble-wrapped watch to fill up the spaces in the shipping container.
  
  
• You MUST include the completed repair form (pdf). Please make sure your contact information is legible.
  

We suggest a traceable method like USPS or UPS with signature required. Please insure your package appropriately (Note: FedEx will not reimburse for lost watches). USPS does not have this limitation, you do not have to declare the contents, only declare its value. Please do not mark the box that a watch is inside.

Once we receive your watch, we will call or e-mail you an estimate for the cost of the repair. Please notify us by email when you ship your watch so we can keep an eye out for it.

Turnaround time is approximately 10-25 days (dependent on parts availibility), service is accompanied by a one year written guarantee.
